Can I download AXIOM today?
Not publicly yet. The installer stays private while final testing finishes. Waitlist and preorder customers will be emailed when launch access opens.
What does pre-order mean?
Pre-order means you reserve paid AXIOM access before the public installer is released. Your account/license is prepared through DJ OWE, then the DMG opens when the launch build is ready.
How does the AXIOM trial work?
Everyone can activate AXIOM for 14 days. The trial starts on first successful AXIOM activation, not when you create a DJ OWE account.
How many devices can I activate?
One AXIOM license can have 2 active devices. If you replace a laptop, you can reset an older activation from your dashboard.
Do I need internet?
Internet is required for first activation, device resets, and license checks. Paid users should not be suddenly locked out during a normal session after a recent valid check.
What if I am offline at a gig?
AXIOM is designed so a bad venue connection does not immediately kill a set-building session after the app has recently verified the license.
Can I buy AXIOM without a record pool subscription?
Yes. AXIOM is a standalone software product. You can subscribe monthly, yearly, or buy lifetime access without a record pool membership.
Who gets six months included?
Only Year Pass and Back Catalogue purchases made after AXIOM officially launches qualify. Older historical purchases are not upgraded automatically.
When does included access start?
The six-month included window starts when the eligible user first activates AXIOM.
Can I share my key?
No. The license is for one user. The system allows normal travel and two devices, but suspicious multi-user sharing may require verification or account review.
